01약관의 적용Scope
이 약관은 Charmsay 웹사이트·회원 서비스·Android 키보드에 적용되며, 서비스 이용에 관한 운영자와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다. 이용 전 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요.These terms apply to the Charmsay website, account service, and Android keyboard and govern the operator’s and users’ rights and obligations. Review these terms and the Privacy Policy before use.
02서비스와 회원Services and accounts
Charmsay는 번역·음성 재생·학습 문장 저장·복습을 제공합니다. 웹·앱은 같은 회원 계정을 사용하며, 가입·이메일 확인·비밀번호 재설정·탈퇴는 계정 화면에서 관리합니다. 로그인 필요 여부는 기능별로 안내하며 일부 기능은 계정 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.Charmsay provides translation, speech playback, saved learning phrases, and review. The web and app share one account; signup, email verification, password resets, and deletion are managed on the account page. Each feature states whether sign-in is required, and some work without an account.
결제·구독·유료 포인트는 현재 제공하지 않습니다. 유료 서비스 도입 전 가격·기간·갱신·해지·환불 조건을 안내합니다.Payments, subscriptions, and paid credits are not currently offered. Their price, duration, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be disclosed before any paid service is introduced.
03가입과 이용 연령Signup and age
Charmsay는 대한민국의 만 14세 이상 이용자를 대상으로 합니다. Google 또는 이메일·비밀번호로 인증한 뒤 이메일 확인, 이용약관 수락과 연령 확인을 마치고 가입 완료가 표시되면 회원 이용계약이 성립합니다. Google 인증만으로 회원가입이 완료되지는 않습니다. 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 거짓 정보를 제공해서는 안 됩니다.Charmsay is intended for users in South Korea aged 14 or older. Membership begins when signup completion is shown after Google or email/password authentication, email verification, acceptance of these terms, and age confirmation. Google authentication alone does not complete membership. Do not impersonate others or provide false information.
미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 계약을 체결할 때 그 동의를 받아야 합니다. 필요한 동의 없이 체결한 계약은 미성년자 또는 법정대리인이 관련 법률에 따라 취소할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 이상이라는 조건은 이러한 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.Minors must obtain a legal representative’s consent where the law requires it for a contract. A minor or their legal representative may cancel a contract made without required consent as permitted by law. The minimum age of 14 does not limit these rights.
가입 중 생성된 인증 계정은 창을 닫거나 로그아웃해도 유지됩니다. 다시 로그인해 이메일 확인과 가입을 이어가거나, 계정 화면에서 가입 취소·계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.An authentication account created during signup remains after the window is closed or you sign out. You may sign in again to continue email verification and signup, or request signup cancellation or account deletion on the account page.
04계정 보호Account security
회원은 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리하고 도용이 의심되면 support@charmsay.com으로 알려 주세요. 운영자는 회원정보를 보호하고 보안 신고에 대응합니다. 회원의 계정 관리 책임만으로 운영자의 귀책 사유에 따른 책임이 배제되지는 않습니다.Keep sign-in credentials secure and report suspected misuse to support@charmsay.com. The operator protects member information and responds to security reports. A member’s account-security duties do not exclude the operator’s responsibility for its own fault.
05개인정보와 선택 권한Privacy and optional access
개인정보의 처리·보관·삭제는 개인정보 처리방침에서 안내합니다. 별도 동의가 필요한 경우 미리 알리고 동의를 받습니다. 선택 진단이나 기기 접근을 거절해도 관련 없는 기본 기능은 제한하지 않습니다.The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed, retained, and deleted. Charmsay gives notice and obtains consent where separately required. Declining optional diagnostics or device access does not restrict unrelated basic functions.
06입력 자료와 생성 결과Your content and generated results
입력 자료의 기존 권리는 해당 권리자에게 있고, 입력해도 운영자에게 소유권이 이전되지 않습니다. 운영자는 요청한 기능 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 처리합니다. 다른 사람의 정보·자료는 적법한 권한이 있을 때만 입력해 주세요.Rights in submitted content remain with the rights holder; submission does not transfer ownership to the operator. The operator processes content only to provide the requested service. Submit others’ information or material only with lawful authority.
AI 번역과 음성에는 오류나 누락이 있을 수 있습니다. 사용 전에 확인하고, 중요한 판단에서는 결과만을 근거로 삼지 마세요. 생성 결과에 독점적인 저작권이 항상 발생한다고 보장하지 않습니다.AI translations and speech may contain errors or omissions. Review them before use and do not rely on them alone for important decisions. Exclusive copyright in generated results is not guaranteed.
07금지 행위와 이용 제한Prohibited use and restrictions
계정 도용, 타인의 권리 침해, 불법 정보 전송, 서비스 방해, 보안 조치 우회와 악의적인 자동 요청을 금지합니다. 운영자는 피해 방지에 필요한 범위에서 요청을 차단하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 사유·범위·기간과 이의제기 방법을 미리 알리고, 긴급 조치는 처리 후 지체 없이 안내합니다.Account theft, rights infringement, unlawful transmission, service disruption, security bypass, and abusive automated requests are prohibited. The operator may block requests or restrict access as needed to prevent harm. Where possible, it gives advance notice of the reason, scope, duration, and appeal process; urgent action is explained promptly afterward.
회원은 support@charmsay.com으로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 설명과 자료를 검토하고 사유가 해소되면 제한을 해제합니다. 제한·정지에는 7일 이상, 회원 자격 상실에는 30일 이상의 소명 기회를 제공합니다. 긴급 차단도 이의제기 권리를 없애지 않습니다.Members may appeal to support@charmsay.com. The operator reviews the case and lifts restrictions when the grounds are resolved. Members receive at least seven days to respond to restrictions or suspensions and 30 days before membership termination. Urgent blocking does not remove appeal rights.
08탈퇴와 데이터 삭제Account deletion
회원은 계정 화면에서 본인 확인 후 언제든 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 앱의 탈퇴 메뉴도 이 화면으로 연결됩니다. 운영자는 정당한 이유 없이 지연하거나 불필요한 정보를 요구하지 않습니다. 오류가 발생하면 남은 삭제 작업을 이어 처리하며, 도움이 필요하면 privacy@charmsay.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다.Members may request deletion at any time after identity verification on the account page; the app’s deletion option opens the same page. The operator does not unreasonably delay or request unnecessary information. If processing fails, remaining work continues. Contact privacy@charmsay.com for help.
탈퇴하면 인증 계정과 연결된 회원·약관 기록을 삭제합니다. 보관 예외와 삭제 기준은 개인정보 처리방침에서 안내합니다. 휴대폰의 학습 문장·음성은 자동 삭제되지 않으므로 앱에서 별도로 삭제해야 합니다.Deletion removes the authentication account and linked membership and terms records. The Privacy Policy explains retention exceptions and deletion. It does not remove learning phrases or audio stored on the phone; delete them separately in the app.
09서비스 변경과 종료Service changes and closure
점검·장애·보안 조치나 외부 서비스 변경으로 기능이 중단·변경될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 가능한 경우 이유·영향·예정 시점을 미리 알리고, 긴급한 경우 조치 후 안내합니다. 서비스 종료 전에는 회원에게 알리고 계정과 서버 저장 개인정보의 처리 방법을 안내합니다.Maintenance, outages, security measures, or provider changes may interrupt or alter features. Where possible, the operator gives advance notice of the reason, impact, and expected timing, or notice after urgent action. Before closure, members are told how accounts and server-stored personal data will be handled.
10지식재산과 책임Intellectual property and liability
앱·코드·디자인·상표와 제공 자료의 권리는 운영자 또는 각 권리자에게 있고, 별도 이용허락이 있는 자료에는 해당 조건이 적용됩니다. 운영자와 이용자는 각자의 귀책 사유와 관계 법령에 따라 책임을 부담합니다. 무료 서비스라는 이유로 운영자의 책임을 일괄 면제하거나 법률상 제한할 수 없는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.Rights in the app, code, design, trademarks, and supplied materials belong to the operator or relevant rights holder; separate licenses continue to apply. Each party is responsible for its own fault under applicable law. Free service does not create blanket immunity or limit rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
11약관 변경Changes to these terms
약관을 변경하면 변경 사유·내용·시행일과 변경 전후 내용을 웹사이트에 공지하고 회원에게 이메일로 안내합니다. 일반 변경은 시행 7일 전, 중대하거나 회원에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전까지 알립니다. 변경 약관의 수락이 필요한 회원 기능에서는 내용을 확인하고 명시적으로 동의할 수 있도록 하며, 침묵을 동의로 보지 않습니다.The operator posts the reason, content, effective date, and before-and-after comparison on the website and notifies members by email. Notice is given at least seven days before ordinary changes and 30 days before material or disadvantageous changes. Where acceptance is required, members can review and expressly accept; silence is not consent.
변경에 동의하지 않으면 기존 약관을 적용하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 정당하거나 불가피한 사유로 기존 조건을 유지할 수 없다면 그 이유를 알리며, 회원은 위약금 없이 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 법률상 손해배상 등 구제 권리는 유지됩니다.Members who decline changes generally remain under the existing terms. If legitimate or unavoidable reasons prevent this, the operator explains why and members may leave without penalty. Statutory remedies, including applicable compensation, remain.
12문의와 분쟁 해결Contact and disputes
제품 지원·이의제기는 support@charmsay.com, 개인정보 권리 행사는 privacy@charmsay.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다. 대한민국 법률이 적용되고, 한·영 문구가 다르면 한국어 원문을 기준으로 합니다.For product support and appeals, contact support@charmsay.com; for privacy rights, contact privacy@charmsay.com. Korean law applies, and the Korean text controls if the languages differ.
분쟁은 협의를 통해 해결하도록 노력하되, 협의는 법령에 따른 분쟁조정이나 재판의 선행 조건이 아닙니다. 재판 관할은 민사소송법 등 관계 법령에 따르며 이용자의 관할·구제 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.The parties seek resolution through discussion, but it is not required before statutory mediation or court proceedings. Jurisdiction follows applicable law, including the Civil Procedure Act, without limiting users’ jurisdictional or remedial rights.
